Error distributing software in Altiris NS 7.1

Hello,

I have some problems while distributing software to my clients.

it's seem that the client get the task of delivery software and its capable to access to the location of the notification server where the package is, but when its time to install the software the task doesn't start

With the Remote Altiris Agent Diagnostic I can see the SWD Executions and see the following status: "has not ran", I attached a screenshot:

Which parameters can I see to solve the problem? I think that there are some problems with my NS, but I don't know where to search.
