Software Deployment on first compliance check at later time but on further compliance check immediately

Hi I need some help with Software Management 7.1 to Install MS office 2010

Q1. I want to do a Compliance Check at 4PM and Remediate at 8 PM on First day of roll out , after that I would like to Remediate immediately on failing the compliance check.

What will be best way to accomplish this?

Q2. If a Compliance Check at 4PM and Remediate at 8 PM is scheduled , Computer is shutdown at 8PM would the remediation will be queued and software will install when computer boots up in morning?
